According to the Department of Public Safety, a tanker carrying about 8,800 gallons of gasoline collided with a minivan and another vehicle late Sunday night. The rear tires, the aluminum undercarriage and the hose lines on that tanker caught fire. The flames, however, did not breach the walls of the tanker and ignite the gasoline inside. PHOENIX -- Temperatures already started to cool down on Wednesday with a high of 101 in Phoenix. The past couple of days we've topped out at 103 degrees. For the next several days, we anticipate highs will drop into the 90s. In fact, on Friday many Valley locations will see highs only in the low 90s. That's not bad for this time of year. The cool air is being ushered into the state by northwesterly winds in the upper atmosphere. And with a trough of low pressure due in for the weekend, that's when we'll se
